How would I get the cursor location then lock it?

So I'm making third person guns, and my first step is to lock the cursor and hide it when the gun is equipped. I have some scripts from https://developer.roblox.com/en-us/articles/Mouse-Icon-Appearance, but I don't know how to get the actual position. Thanks in advance!
