I am fairly new to Roblox Studio, and I have seen a lot of games include click to sit chairs. I can not figure out how to create one of these, after hours of researching. Everything I have done has failed. I am trying to replicate a Bloxburg style seat (with a billboard GUI button, custom animation, and such). Can someone tell me how to make a click to sit seat like the ones in Bloxburg?

Well, I can change the animation for the seat, but how do I make it to where you cannot sit in it unless you click a billboard GUI floating above it?
Anyone? I need help and all I've gotten is a bot who won't answer my question.
