How to make a captain voting system?

I'm not sure how to start the script. But I have a string value in replicated storage that will hold the player's name that is the captain. I'm gonna have 2 teams so I made BlueCap and RedCap the string value names. I want to have it so only the blue team can vote bluecap and vice versa.

I'm not asking for a full script, but I'm just confused on how to start this. Just giving me a basic idea would help. I've tried doing research on it but I can't find anything.
