What is the GameplayPaused property?

Hi, i'm just wondering what the GameplayPaused property is. Could someone explain it to me?

if you have StreamingEnabled well, enabled then players will see* when they have parts of the game still loading, its just a boolean that triggers when the player has the screen enabled
