How do I make a saving check point in Roblox studios 2021? I've been trying for a while.

im trying to make a obby game and i want it to save the players team but i cant find anything so if you know how to fix this please tell me! ive been trying for around 5 hours but i cant find any tutorials that have what im trying to do!
