How can I write text over objects?

For example in this picture: https://prnt.sc/wbp9xq I want to write Flying Cloud over Flying Cloud object with same text as Spongebob Morph.

Inside the Cloud Object, add an Invisible Brick and Anchored, then inside that invisible brick Add a BillboardUI, and inside the BillboardUI add a TextLabel. The Invisible Brick is for you can position the BillboardUI wherever you want.
