So I want to make a place where a winter atmosphere would show, and if you go out of that area, a different one will show.

This isn't a request site. This wouldn't be a simple 10 line script to do either. You need to work on your coding skills and learn more before trying to tackle something like this. Besides if someone were to give you the codes, you wouldnt have a clue how it worked, or how to fix it if it ever breaks.
