chat is not filtering messages?

i was recently doing something, and testing a system to see if it detects a bad word, i realized that messages are not being filtered, even after deleting the current chat settings and so

Not sure if you can do this on non team-create games, but try it on a team test. In singleplayer studio nothing is filtered.
