How to script when a new player enters your game, a gui pops up, how can you script this?

When a new player enters the game for his first time, a screen gui pops up,

How can you script it, no one has a yt video to do so.

I would be like,

(once player enters game for first time, then player.playergui.screengui.enabled = true)

This is just a fake coding line, it should be something like this.

How can I script it?

Use DataStores: https://developer.roblox.com/en-us/articles/Data-store

Create a DataStore for JoinedPlayers or something.

On a server script:

  1. Whenever a player joins the game, check if they are in JoinedPlayers.
  2. If they are not inside JoinedPlayers, enable screen GUI.
  3. Add them to JoinedPlayers

Yea, not many people are greatly skilled at datastores Consteleo, it's a very complex part of scripting, if someone could give a explanation or snippet, that would be appreciated

Same, that was just the idea. I share the same sentiment as you because I have 0 experience with Data Stores, hehe. I thought this answer would jumpstart other answers.
