How do I get the old [ insert black bar with arrow that you can select through choices ] in ROBLOX?

I don't know what it's called. neither have a screenshot of it.

And it had a black bar with a arrow. I don't know how to get it in ROBLOX.

Is it a frame in ROBLOX Studio? Is it a feature that can only be inserted through Instance? Or is it a feature or frame that is no longer on ROBLOX..

Please tell me how to Insert or Get this. I've always thought it was a scroll bar but the scroll bar arrow points upwards or something.

Ok so first we make a frame that is the black bar, now make a arrow thinggy, next insert a local script next we detect where the mouse is pointing onto using player:GetMouse: https://developer.roblox.com/en-us/api-reference/function/Player/GetMouse now we move the arrow thing to where the mouse was clicked and then do your stuff
