Does changes made to StarterGui automatically changes the PlayerGui?

Does changes made to StarterGui automatically change the PlayerGui? For example, I use a ServerSidedScript to change the the visibility of a Frame parented to ScreenGui and it is parented to StarterGui. Will the Local Player see the changes? Does changes made to StarterGui's children automatically change in a PlayerGui if i use a server script?

No it doesn't. StarterGui and PlayerGui are different things and are treated different. The only way to update a PlayerGui with StarterGui is to load the character of the player. You can only directly insert, delete, or change with PlayerGui.
