How to remove a player score?

A couple of hackers joined my game and this is what happened:

I want to know if there is a way to remove these specifics players scores.

Because when that happens, I restart the table and all the other players also lose the score, and thats not the idea.

Please if you know, explain step by step because i dont know how to manage Datastores, Keys, etc

Yeah thanks, but like i said: I dont know how to manage that, Like Keys, Datastore,etc. Thats why i want a "Step By Step". For me its a little difficult
