How can i scale multiple parts at once?

I am a builder and I want to make for example a glass. I finally have the glass circle but I want it to make it longer if that makes sense. and to do that I have to scale up every single part of the circle. is there a way/plugin to do that faster or to scale all of them at once (not scale the whole thing just different axis)
