Disable the main part of chat? so you can just see bubble chat

I want something like this. In breaking point, when a round starts the main part of chat is disabled. So you cant see anything but bubble chat around you , while you can still type. I want this just as a function so I can make it happen when you die, and I don't want everyone's chat to be disabled I just want the person who died to be. Can you help? I would put a script down below but even with research, I don't know where to start at all.
