I am trying to make an equip animation to the player, but the hand which holds the tool refuse to move. Everything else works right. I hope you know the solution.

Why doesnt the hand with a tool move during an animation?

Make sure that the animation priority is set to "Action" otherwise it will not move the hand with the tool in it.

What happens with the tool does it get stuck or does it fall out of the map? Give us more explanation
it get stuck yes
is it anchored? make sure it isnt
Does the player fall down when they hold a tool?
the player plays the animation, everything else works proper just the right hand which holds the tool not it simply doesnt play the animation
