How to make a simple throwing knife?

I’ve tried watching tutorials on how to do this, but I keep getting confused, I’m trying to make a throwing knife like in the game 'KAT' in Roblox, thanks to anyone who helps me with this.

This question is technically a request, so I don't have much info, but the basics would be using a framework (I recommend FastCastRedux) or bodymovers to push a knife object. FastCastRedux has an example gun you can look at for code, and will also have it's own hit registration which is really accurate. Then just deal damage to whoever it hits. I don't have really any information on your knowledge of scripting so I don't have anything else to say.
