How do I play an Skinned Meshes Animation?

So, I imported to Roblox an GTA San Andreas skin, and animated it and it was all good. But then, I realized I didn't know how to play the animation cuz the model has no Humanoid, or anything. So that's what I need help with.

You need to create a custom character using the custom character plugin: https://www.roblox.com/library/171922549/SEMI-BROKEN-Character-Creator . Also you need the limbs, hands, torso etc. to be seperate parts and make sure the all parts are facing foward.
