How does StreamEnabled works? (NO SCRIPTS PROVIDED JUST A QUESTION)

How does StreamEnabled work? I've read a source about it and I'm still confused from it. Would be great if someone can explain it to me in a simple way or so...

Read StreamingEnabled wiki here. StreamingEnabled is a type of mode to improve gameplay of players and can pause gameplay of players if a chunk of the game is yet to be loaded that they're approaching. Pausing in StreamingEnabled is defaulted to Disabled, but you can turn on ClientPhysicsPause to stop players from going through unloaded chunks and falling through, that means yielding to load things in your game.

Content streaming only loads assets in the area of the player, allowing for less memory to be used.

Refer to the wiki page for more information.
