How to make only certain amount of things?

So i created codes system so whenever you put the code "100" you get 1000 coins but i want this to be only redeemable from all the server's 100 people who ever writes the code and submit it then it will give you 1000 coins and whenever the amount reaches the all server of people if they put it in then it will say Expired. I know how to make the code system but i don't know how to do this so only whatever many codes they put for example if i say 1000 codes then if it reaches from all server if they get the reward and the 1000 is max from all server then it should say Expired.
