Welding a part to a position but welds off of the position?

Linking to my old question I am trying to add a part to the players right arm directly at the bottom like how you would hold a tool however when it welds it welds off of the hand Like so: https://gyazo.com/db83adb960e9ef312c1bdf8e041e4564

But I want it to be exactly on the hand without needing to anchor the player in place. Im not sure what other weld would allow me to use a script to tween size and move a part.

This is a part of the script im using atm that causes the part to be offset from the hand.

local plr = hit.Parent
Limb:Clone()
Limb.Parent = plr
Limb.Weld.Part1 = plr["Right Arm"]
Limb.Position = Vector3.new(plr["Right Arm"].Position.X ,plr["Right Arm"].Position.Y - 1.25, plr["Right Arm"].Position.Z)
Limb.Spread.Disabled = true

local part = --This is the part that has to be welded to the player
local weld = Instance.new("WeldConstraint")
weld.Parent = plr
weld.Part0 = plr.RightArm
part.Position = plr.RightArm.Position
weld.Part1 = part
--Edit the values to your needs

This is how you weld two parts together. Part0 is the Main part, and Part1 is the part that is welded to the main part

Sorry for my English and let me know if I helped
