How stop player from being pushed down through parts when teleported using CFrame?

Hi! I know I posted a question recently but have another one. I'm setting the player's HumanoidRootPart's CFrame to a part called gameSpawn's CFrame but for whatever reason the player gets shoved through the cylinder the spawn is on and into the void. I tried turning on and off the canCollide of the spawn but that doesnt work. Neither does moving the spawn very, very high up. Please help.

Here is the line: char.HumanoidRootPart.CFrame = gameSpawn.CFrame

Simple answer: Just add 3 studs on the y axis.

Example:

HumanoidRootPart.CFrame = CFrame.new(game.Workspace.Baseplate.Position) + Vector3.new(0,3,0) -- Added 3 studs on the y axis,

If this helped, please click accept! Obviously replace the CFrames with your own, its just an example, have a nice day!
