Ok I am trying to make a Basic GUI inserter Plugin but I dont know where I would put the gui, The gui shouldnt be shown in game and only while developing and not testing. I am planning on using InsertService for the actual insert but still leaves me not knowing what to set the parent to.
COMMUNITY QUESTION
Confused on where to put a GUI after inserting ?

Not really understand your question, but why don't you just disable it using simple script? Do you want to make your gui appear while doing stuff in studio and hide it when testing? Or something else? If you really don't understand just create a local script anywhere (In your gui object / StarterPlayer.StarterPlayerScripts) and just write this
local guiObject = game.Players.LocalPlayer.PlayerGui.ScreenGui
guiObject.Enabled = false
This will disable your gui whenever you launch the game in both roblox studio and in real roblox

You could upload the plugin as a folder. Clone the GUI from the folder, And set the clone's parent to "game.CoreGui"
do you wanna go out kadren???
