If I was to make a Elevator would I put all of the parts under the base part or would I put it in a model and move the primarypart?

Or would I Cframe it
Tweening a model would be impossible from my perspective. I think you should use a for loop and CFrame:Lerp()
You can probably try using :MoveTo() with the primary part but I dont think it would be that easy.
@rabbi99 ??? https://devforum.roblox.com/t/tweening-models/60545
Well yes, if you have them welded it is possible with TweenService. But tweening a model's position in the first place wouldn't be possible.
@rabbi I still don't understand, you can tween models?? What do you mean "Tweening a model would be impossible".
@JesseSong, so you're saying you could do game:GetService("TweenService"):Create(workspace.Model, TweenInfo.new(1), {Position = Vector.new(1,1,1)}:Play() would be possible?
You cant tween models because they dont have any properties you can tween in the first place. Also, what i would do it just weld all the parts together, as moving only one of them would move the rest due to the welds. Simply tween the position property of the part you want to move. Make sure the part you are moving is connected to all other parts of the elevator with welds, and anchor the part.
No you can't. Using the PrimaryPart + welds would probably work, but it wouldn't be tweening the model.Only the part itself.
Didn't mean this message to you ^ @Turtlerapoter
