I wasn't able to get any errors, but sometimes when my health reaches 0, the player doesn't actually die! All they do is just stay disassembled and do nothing! Also, when I try changing the properties of the HUMANOID, it doesn't apply unless it's in the console! For example, here is a line of code that should change the properties, but doesn't error.
char.Humanoid.BreakJointsOnDeath = false

Bug solved, turn off Auto respawn property in the Players Service, then when the player dies, use wait(6) playerVariableHere:LoadCharacter()
