Rich text dialogue being typed out instead of automatically applying itself?

I've been working on a dialogue system, and I wanna add rich text to it since rich text allows unique and cool new features to your work. Well, I added it to my dialogue system, and the problem is that it types out the whole rich text feature, for example:

"Test"
