Can someone cover what all the body things are? fx. "Bodygyro", "Bodyposition"?

You read the title. I find the wiki a bit hard to comprehend as well as other sources, I would prefer brief answers. Try to explain min. 2 of them without links

i literally got this explanation from the wiki BodyGyro's apply a force on the object, which maintains a constant angular displacement, or orientation. Most fly admin commands/exploits use that. Bodyposition's apply a force on the object, which makes in maintain a constant position. BodyVelocity's apply a force in an object, which makes it have a constant speed. It is used on cars and bullet travel. These are the main one's there are a ton of other ones but rarely used.
