Brush over Filtering Enabled to get a grasp of replication, then study GUIObject RBXScriptSignals for interaction. Finally, research Welding.
Once you've got the ropes down for that, build your GUI, script it appropriately, prepare your Remotes, and place your Radio Model in ServerStorage. Afterward, code a Script to handle cloning said Radio, welding it to the respective Character rig, and then add some generic sound logic.
