Why does my FogEnd Script Function like this?

It all works up to the part on Color, For some Odd Reason, No Errors, Just Really White

while wait() do

	l = game.Lighting
	l.FogEnd = 1000000000
	wait(5)
	l.FogColor = Color3.new(26,26,26) -- changes to 6630, 6630, 6630 Instead, Which is Institutional White for some odd Reason, Its spose to be Regular Black
	l.FogEnd = 50
	wait(15)
end

Color3 only takes a number between 0 and 1. If you're trying to make it a number between 0 and 255, as people often do, you must divide it by 255 to get a number between 0 and 1.

l.FogColor = Color3.new(26/255, 26/255, 26/255)

Or, if you want to just use BrickColors you can do,

BrickColor.new("Really red").Color

to get the Color3 value from the BrickColor value.
