Considering that I disabled character loading appearance, the rig is a blank R15 rig. However, I wanted to convert the rig into a mesh rig which isn't a custom rig. I've tried the starter character method where I place a mesh rig into the starter player scripts, but then my gun won't work. So how do I go about doing this?
COMMUNITY QUESTION
Currently, the player is an r15 rig, I want it to be a ROBLOXIAN 2.0 BLANK Rig, how would I do that?

So in order to change the avatar appearance to a default, you will need to publish your game, currently there is no easy way to have the settings of a published game while on a local file as it has to connect to the website to download the package data.
Once you have it published, you need to click the game settings button found on the home tab, and in there you will have avatar settings where you can specify the package id for the head, arms, torso, and legs for your default avatar. And you just paste in the IDs of each body part that can be found linked to this page: https://www.roblox.com/bundles/311/Robloxian-2-0

why is CharacterAutoLoads disabled?
I didn't say character auto loads, I said CharacterLoadingAppearance. The reason why I want CLA to be disabled is because I want the rig to be blank, not have any player input on the avatar.
@Lilycover87 I cant seem to find anything about CharacterLoadingAppearance, are you sure that is the name.
^ Property of StarterPlayer. https://developer.roblox.com/en-us/api-reference/property/StarterPlayer/LoadCharacterAppearance
Ben, it is a property of the Player class
