So I'm making a game that's like Stepford County Railway (a train game) and I'm trying to make the train stay at the same speed when the W key is not pressed and not naturally decelerate when no keys are pressed, but I don't know how to do this. Any help?

Can you edit your post to contain some code that we can work with? :) https://developer.roblox.com/en-us/api-reference/class/BodyMover might be a place to start but idk how you're moving your train etc :S
Oh I just use a VehicleSeat to move my train.
