How do I make a part that every time someone from a team touches it, he is teleported to a position?

So, I'm making a soccer game and I want to make a part(in the title) that every time I type a command its appear next to the nearest ball.

Example:

Part name: ''AFK'' Ball name: ''ball''

command: '':afk''

can someone give me a base script? it will be a lot helpful

btw, im using Kohl admin commands
