Well, I have heard of scripting helpers, but I need some help in building. I want to learn to build with scripts, for ex: using effects; c-framing.

Well, if you are wanting to learn to CFrame, I highly suggest using the wiki. They've got a great article all about it here.
If you are new to RBX.Lua, then I highly suggest you read through the tutorials section -- it is very beginner friendly and will get you on your feet quickly for beginner through intermediate scripting. Here's a link (scripting is towards the bottom half, but the building has some interesting concepts too that will in turn help with making your game).
As for C++, that has no ties to ROBLOX, and can't be helped with on ROBLOX affiliated sites. Lua is a good stepping stone to learning harder languages, however.
