Is there anyway I would make a script that only allows players on a certain team to teleport?

Yes, there is a way. You will need to edit the following script to match your game and also make sure the players stack upon each other.
If the script doesn't work then debug a bit.
for i,v in pairs(game:GetService("Players") do
if v.Team == game:GetService("Teams")["Team Name Here"] then
v.Character:SetPrimaryPartCFrame(Part.CFrame)
end
end
