I have a script that dynamically creates parts in my world. When I execute the script in Roblox Studio, I can see that the parts are created, but the parts are removed/deleted when I stop the script. Is there a way to keep the newly created parts after stopping the script, so that I can further customize the parts that were created by the script?

What seems to work, but is quite cumbersome:

  • Run the scripts
  • Select and copy all the created parts from the workspace explorer
  • Stop the script
  • Paste the parts into the workspace

There's a command bar in which you can run scripts (check the view tab). Just copy paste the script there and press enter to run it - you may have to modify it to fit there.

By fit I mean to change it so it doesn't have to rely on a player, certain values changing in game. Otherwise you will have to go in game and copy + paste them.

@radiant_Light203 Thank you, it works. In the end I ended up creating a ModuleScript and called that one from the command bar.
