I have a question, how to use touched event in local script? My local script is located in starter player scripts, I had a problem with making touched event too.I know there is a lot about it on the internet but I'd rather see your answers :)

It's literally the same thing as using it in a Server Script. There is no difference except the only things that can trigger the .Touched event is on the client that it was setup on.
