Add a bracelet to a player's arm?

I am working on a game where I want to add a brick to a players arm. I don't want a tool, I want to weld a brick to the players arm. How would I go about doing this?

I could make the bracelet into a union then put it in ReplicatedStorage, and clone it. I'm just not sure how to weld it on to a players arm in the correct place.
