ImageColor3 isnt changing color in script?

Hello, i am basically making a ui that leads u to ur personal Journal. I want to make a color selection system that the chosen color is the color of the Journals background (ImageColor3), Problem is it doesnt change, or at least not to the correct color. I have no idea why this isnt working, it seems like it should to me but then again i am a starter scripter..

Here is the script, remember that it aint finished yet but this is a problem i ran into while making it

local Journal = game.Workspace.Journal
local JournalUi = script.Parent.JournalUI
local color = script.Parent.ColorSelection
local button = script.Parent.Text

button.MouseButton1Click:Connect(function()
	color.Visible = true
		color.Pink.Button.MouseButton1Click:Connect(function()
			color.Visible = false
			JournalUi.ImageColor3 = Color3.new(color.Pink.BackgroundColor3)
			JournalUi.Visible = true
		end)
end)

I think you might want Color3.FromRGB, not Color3.new

change

 JournalUi.ImageColor3 = Color3.new(color.Pink.BackgroundColor3)

to

 JournalUi.ImageColor3 = Color3.fromRGB(255,255,255)  ----- change the 255,255,255 to the color you want for example blue would be (0,0,255)
