How can I make my GUI not shrink too much and look stretched when using grid alignment?

I am using a uigridconstraint in my UI and everything gets scaled correctly except for everything under that constraint. Why is this so and how can I fix this? It doesn't scale well on mobile but fine everywhere else.....
