Why are body parts getting flung when the player dies in my game?

My prototype game currently in development has a bug where when the player's body parts get flung to one direction as they die. Currently the player dies by touching a part. They also don't get their team changed when this happens. Most times out of ten the player dies normally and their team gets changed, but sometimes it doesn't strangely. In terms of output errors, there is an error that occurs but it's definitely nothing to do with the actual bug that's happening...

Sorry if this post is confusing but it's confusing and very infuriating, anyways I just wanted to see if anyone knows anything about this bug.

In my experience body parts getting flung across the map when killed by something is just part of roblox. It happens to me all of the time in games and in studio etc.

regarding teams not changing, this may be to do with the R16 model not properly touching objects when jumping? I had the issue where if the character continually jumped the block would not kill them... Perhaps something similar is happening here? The solution I've heard of is welding an invisible non-collide block to the foot of the character to detect touches rather than relying on the feet of the model.

These are just some ideas I had sorry if they're not what you're looking for/not useful. Good luck!

Further to this, I've just seen that the humanoid part of the character model has a bool for "BreakJointsOnDeath" If this is set to 0 the character will stay as one piece on death! :)
