So i'm using a raycasting module and sending the players humanoid that's being hit from the client to the server then damaging the hit humanoid on the server. When i send it to the server it prints "Humanoid" and if i send the name is prints the name of the hit player but the probelm is if i do something like "HitHumanoid:TakeDamage(Damage)" then the game tells me im trying to say "index a number with :TakeDamage()" when it's clearly a string that prints out "Humanoid" when i print it. The wierd thing is that it still works so i can damage the humanoid and play animations on it etc but it spam errors that im indexing a number when im not?
15:37:21.491 - Players.HolySwordExcaIiber.Backpack.Greatsword.Greatsword:18: attempt to index number with 'Health'
The actual code that it's referencing is
if HitHumanoid.Health > 0 then
HitHumanoid prints "Humanoid" if i do Print("HitHumanoid") and it is infact damaging the opossing enemy properly.
Im stumped i have not a single clue why this would happen oof thankyou!
