How can I make a seat timer and remove the students off the seat?

So I work at a school called Angels Elementary, I have recently inserted a swing set as that's what they've been asking for. Multiple students argue about how long students swing on them. I am asking for a script that times them on the swing and than take them off when the timer is up.
