How to Delete A Reappearing Virus On Studio?

I have a stupid thing on Studio called "INfecTION", it doesn't do much but have game lag but it is a Reappearing Virus that everytime I delete it, it comes back.

I have tried all these plugins and it pops back up whenever I run them.

Its most likely a plugin you used, I suggest removing every plugin that you think maybe the cause.
