I have an OrderedDataStore in my game, and I made a test key/value in it to see if the saving would work. Well, it saved correctly, but now in my leaderboards, the test key/value is in there. How do I remove a key/value from an OrderedDataStore?

You can't, unfortunately. There's a bug filed for this on the ROBLOX bug tracker.
