How to use OS properly in dialogs?

Code I have so far:

local time = os.date("!*t")
workspace.Robin.Head.Dialog.DialogChoiceSelected:Connect(function(player,choice)
    print(choice.Name)
    if choice.Name == "three" then
        if choice.Name == "year" then
            choice.ResponseDialog = "Oh, I think it's"..time.year
        end
    end
end)

My issue here is that when I use this script in a dialog, it just says "Oh, I think it's" and nothing else.

What I'm trying to do is make the person say "Oh, I think it's [what year it is currently]" using the OS thingy.

What am I doing wrong?
