Can DataStoreService store a Color3.fromRGB() value?

You can't save a userdata value to a datastore. You could easily convert it into a string or a table just like how Leamir described.
local Color = Color3.fromRGB(255, 255, 255)
local Serialized = {Color.R, Color.G, Color.B}
local Deserialized = Color3.fromRGB(unpack(Serialized))

I don't think you can, but you can save it as a table, like: {r,g,b} and then convert on load
