How do I convert a Color 3 to a brick color?

I am trying to make it like. If their team color is New Yeller or something, the text of something would change to that color.

According to the Roblox developer hub, You can simply just input a Color3 as an argument.

Example:

local Color3Form = Color3.new(1, 0, 0)
local BrickColorForm = BrickColor.new(color3Form)

print(BrickColorForm.Name) -- Really red

How would I make it so a text labels text color would be the same as the players team color?
