How to remove this virus/bug from the game!?

I had a plugin on Roblox studio and one day it said Roblox deleted the user and plugin because of "Malicious content". I wasn't sure why it was malicious until my friend helped make my game with me. The problem is I don't get that bug but other players do get the bug. The bug is a prompted purchase which I cannot trace to its origins. Is there a way to easily find this virus and get rid of it. I used no free models. If you would like a photo please tell me how I could share it. Thanks!
