Is there anyway to detect if a player is using a vpn?

This may seem silly but listen, Using a VPN and setting it to China you can lock out servers. Only other players connected to China can access that server while everyone else is kicked out with this message 'You do not have permissions to join this game'

I tried using policy.IsSubjectToChinaPolicies but that doesn't seem to work.

If you're a rogue lineage player then you know what Im talking about. Please help.

Maybe in the Configure game or place spot it should be there, but otherwise I am unsure if you are even allowed to place VPN’s, as apparently placing vpn’s to avoid ban is not legal (from what I have heard). Instead, you can put a message saying: “This game is only for people in China, please leave.” Or something along the lines of that. I’ll try to see if it is possible.
