Why does my tool make my character stuck when i equip it?

i am 100% sure this questions gonna get closed for asking questions like this (which is why i dont use this site) but i need help with this question before this question gets closed

some items in toolbox will make my character become stuck in mid air and i also cannot move unless i unequip the item. i checked for welds and i even anchored, then unanchored the parts in the tool. any answers?
