If your probably wondering what i mean now animating the whole right arm so it will move i mean like when you reload a gun the top part of the gun will go back or, if you are reloading the gun the ammo box will animate and go into the weapon

Yes, just make sure to use the 'movement' animation type. I've used this on my game, actually.
